Join us for a morning yoga session in Cator Woolford Gardens, led by a member of the Frazer Center community. This first class is donation-based and open to all levels.
We’ll gather in the gardens for a guided session focused on gentle movement, breath, and starting the day at a slower pace. Whether you practice regularly or are just getting started, this is a comfortable place to join in.
This class is the first in what we hope will become a regular offering during the warmer months.
What to bring:
Yoga mat and anything else you need to be comfortable outdoors. We’ll have bottled water, but you may want to bring your own.
Additional details:
– Please arrive a few minutes early to check in.
– In case of rain, we will gather in Frazer Center’s atrium.
– Attendees will receive a few small CWG takeaways.
